You will need...
Some Oreos (1 per penguin cookie)
Some Hershey's Kisses (1 per penguin cookie)
A plate to put the cookies on
Instructions:
Split the oreo into two cookies
Move most of the icing onto one cookie
Break the other cookie into halves
Open a kiss and put it on the cookie with icing to make a head
Put both of the half cookies on the cookie with icing to make wings

I made chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing & then I used this penguin cookie idea to put on top of them. So I made penguin cupcakes. They turned out really cute & good ! (:
I am just in love with my easiest penguin cookies. I would love to host a lovely DIY bash for my nephew’s birthday and would like to book the local event venue NYC. He likes adventure so I think that he deserves an adventure themed party. If you have some party favor ideas as per this theme, please share here. It will be a great help.
